  1. Provide 250 g crab legs
  2. Use Oil, for frying
  3. Prepare 6 cloves garlic
  4. Prepare 1 big shallot
  5. You need 1-2 tsp sugar
  6. Use 1-2 tbsp oyster sauce
  7. Prepare 150 ml water
  8. Get to taste Black pepper,

  1. If required, thaw crab legs first. Clean crab legs thoroughly. Using back of chopper, crack shells at each segment.
  2. Heat oil in wok.
  3. Add garlic and shallots. Stir fry on medium high heat till fragrant.
  4. Add crab and fry for 1-2mins.
  5. Add sugar and stir fry. Then lower heat.

  7. Add oyster sauce mixture and bring to medium high heat.
  8. Cover and let cook for 5mins.
