- Prepare 250 gram Raw jackfruit
- Use 2 cup wheat flour
- You need 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- Get 2 tbsp chichpea flour
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- Get 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder
- Provide 1 tbsp coriander powder
- You need 1 tbsp raw mango powder
- You need 4 tbsp oil
- Take 2 green chilli chopped
- Get 1 big onion finely chopped

Instructions to make Raw Jackfruit paratha:
- Apply mustard oil on your hands. Peel and cut raw Jackfruit into pieces.
- Take a pressure cooker. Put Jackfruit pieces and 1/2 glass water in it. Give 2-3 whistle to it. Keep aside.
- Knead a dough with whole wheat flour. Add salt and 1/2 tbsp oil in it. The dough should be soft.
- Now take the raw Jackfruit pieces in a sieve and remove all the water from them. Mash them properly.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Put chopped onions in it and fry till they turn translucent. Add ginger paste and chickpea flour, saute for a minute. Now add green chilli, all the spices and mashed Jackfruit. Mix properly.
- Let it come to room temperature.
- Now make 5 balls with the dough. Fill this stuffing in them.
- Now roll them to make thick parathas.
- Apply oil on both sides of the parathas and cook till crisp.
